Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

After your order ships, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be reflected on the product page or at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package anytime on our Track Your Order page.

If you didn’t receive a tracking email within 48 hours of purchase, please check:

  • Your spam/junk folder

  • The email you used at checkout

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
ARIMO is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it (additional shipping fee may apply).


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, mailroom, or with neighbors

  2. Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)

  3. Contact the shipping carrier

If still not found, email us and we’ll help you file a claim.


Holiday Shipping

Please expect potential delays during:

  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday

  • Christmas season

  • National holidays
