Sizing & Fit

3. How do I choose the right size?

Please measure your pet’s neck where a collar normally sits, and compare the measurement with our Size Guide.
When in doubt, size up!

4. My pet is fluffy—should I size up?

Yes. For long-haired or fluffy pets, we recommend sizing up for a better fit.

5. Can I send a photo for size help?

Absolutely! Email us or DM us on Instagram @arimo.pet with:

  • Neck measurement

  • Weight

  • Photos
    We’ll help you choose the perfect size.


Orders & Shipping

6. How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

7. How long does shipping take?

U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can also track it anytime on our “Track Your Order” page.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

10. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items.
For hygienic reasons, worn bandanas cannot be returned.

11. My order arrived damaged—what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace it for you.


Product Care

12. How should I clean the bandanas?

Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle.
Air dry only — do not tumble dry.
