Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to love your ARIMO products!
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition

For hygienic reasons, used or worn pet bandanas and accessories cannot be returned.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn bandanas

  • Washed items

  • Clearance / final sale items

  • Items marked “non-returnable”


Exchanges

Need a different size?
We’re happy to help!

Email us with your pet’s neck size, weight, and a photo.
We’ll recommend the best size and guide you through an exchange if eligible.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Packaging photo (if damaged)

We will replace the item at no cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except damaged/wrong items).


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
